    Driven by a profound commitment to making a difference, Sean Tiernan, CFRE serves as the Chief Development Officer with Catalyzt. In this pivotal role, he partners with nonprofits across the nation to provide strategic fundraising guidance, relationship-based development strategies, and actionable insights that maximize philanthropic impact. Sean excels at building collaborative partnerships that mobilize resources, strengthen programs, and empower organizations to better serve their communities. With a deep understanding of both mission-driven work and donor engagement, he helps nonprofits unlock their full potential and achieve sustainable growth. For Sean, fundraising is more than a profession - it’s a calling, rooted in the belief that thoughtful, strategic philanthropy can spark meaningful, lasting change. His approach combines practical expertise with a relational mindset, ensuring that every partnership, campaign, and initiative drives measurable results while leaving a positive imprint on the communities served.

    Adri is a strategic marketing leader with over a decade of experience creating high-impact campaigns in the corporate CPG sector. With 11 years in marketing management, she has a proven track record of designing strategies that deliver measurable results while building meaningful connections with audiences. Adri serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for Catalyzt. Today, Adri uses her corporate expertise to help nonprofits amplify their communications, fundraising, and partnership efforts. She specializes in aligning for-profit and nonprofit organizations to create collaborations that maximize brand value and drive lasting social impact. By integrating strategic marketing with development and communications, Adri helps organizations unlock their full potential, spark transformational change, and increase their community impact.

  • Tara is a seasoned Major Gift Officer who believes the best partnerships start with real relationships.  She connects people with a mission that matters to them - whether through giving, volunteering, or advocating for stronger, healthier communities. 

  • Macushla is a dynamic leader who is passionate about improving the lives of those around her by making our communities and connections as strong as possible.  She brings extensive experience in community engagement, donor and customer relations, team management, and event coordination.

  • Maggie Mae is the Events & Experience Stylist at Catalyzt, where she transforms nonprofit events into meaningful, memorable experiences. With a background in styling, branding, and creative direction, she specializes in developing unique event concepts that foster connection, inspire conversation, and bring each organization’s mission to life through intentional design.
